SMS / Text Message Program Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the text messaging program ("Program") operated by Care First Insurance Advisors LLC ("Care First," "we," "us"), a licensed insurance agency headquartered in Florida. By opting in you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
When you opt in, Care First Insurance Advisors will send you text messages (SMS and MMS) at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:
- Quote and application follow-ups from a licensed agent about the coverage you asked about.
- Appointment reminders and scheduling for calls with your agent.
- Account and service notifications such as enrollment confirmations, document requests and renewal reminders.
- Marketing and promotional messages about insurance products, enrollment periods and offers from Care First Insurance Advisors.
Messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in by checking the separate, unchecked "Text messages (SMS)" box on our online quote form at carefirstinsuranceadvisors.com/quote, or by giving a licensed agent your express verbal permission during a recorded call. After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message similar to:
Care First Insurance Advisors: You're subscribed to quote updates, reminders & offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or call (888) 302-0503. Reply STOP to cancel.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most of our messages are two-way conversations with your licensed agent about your quote, so you may receive several messages in a day while you are actively working together, and none for weeks at a time afterward. Promotional messages are occasional.
4. Cost
Care First Insurance Advisors does not charge for this Program. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Check with your carrier for details.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After you opt out you will receive one final confirmation message similar to:
Care First Insurance Advisors: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts from us. Reply START to re-subscribe or call (888) 302-0503.
After that, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask to be removed by calling (888) 302-0503 or emailing info@carefirstinsuranceadvisors.com. Opting out of text messages does not by itself opt you out of phone calls or emails; see Your choices in our Privacy Policy for those.
6. How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive a message similar to:

7. Supported carriers
Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in are used only to operate this Program. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with vendors that help us provide our messaging services, such as our messaging platform provider and phone carriers, solely so they can deliver the messages. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.
9. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provided. If you change or give up your mobile number, you agree to opt out first or to notify us so we stop sending messages to that number.

11. Changes to the Program
We may modify or cancel the Program or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
